Pandora's BoxI opened it up, I knew I had no right
But curiousity overpowered thought
Just as Pandora, Iv'e started this plight
And left my heart there to rot

It's just a peak it will do no harm
I can easily step away
But it released the monsters to my alarm
That haunt me every day

Why, oh why did I have to look
In that box that was forbade
Upside down, my world it shook
And a heavy heart it made

The box I sealed, forever locked
But the effects I can still see
My stupid mistake continuously mocks
But has shown me the way to be...

So Ill put these in terms that you might comprehend
And leave out all the confusing the’s, thy’s, and thou’s

8) We really haven’t known each other for all that long
But its scary how often the same things are said
Even singing in sync to every new song
So I’m warning you now…. “Get out of my head!!!”

7) We share our hate of drama, along with gossiping girls
Agreeing soap opera’s should be limited to T.V alone
The O-M-G’s, and TOTALLY’s make me want to hurl

stars and oceans
and space and depths
beyond
beyond.

you want something more.
I get it.

but
please-

I know
being pretty is important.

but maybe grime,
and wind,
and dust is pretty

too.

maybe staying
grounded
for once is something more.

I’m done with the bones,
and the eyes,
and the freckles and the lips.

no matter
how sweet you say the words
echo.

(I can only imagine pale skin
pretty faces
so many times.)

what about the strong
people of the world?

what about brown eyes?

what about short eyelashes

that don’t flutter
like a mill

Man... so today kinda stunk till this last part... (seeing as I bailed out on watchin movies till midnight;) my dad JUST told me) I LOVE this place so much!!! Lake Wylie beach at sunset is one of the most gorgeous places to me! :aww:
Lin got some awesome pictures too! Hahaha had some fun with some silouhettes again... but she has those. Post em soon! :D

This is an absolutely beautiful picture, Tauni. I love the fact that you used the title of a great song for this. I used to come home and listen to that song after school everyday in sixth grade...
